Our service facility covers in Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna and Rajshahi division. Our team is committed to reach in complaint site within coupe of hours.
Warranty
Maintenance and instant service covering any kind of lapse in workmanship or manufacturing defects or mechanical or electrical faults are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of supply or from the date of energizing the equipment whichever is earlier. Powercell Engineering Ltd. also assures or from after sales service and spares after the warranty period throughout the life of the equipment with a nominal charge. However the warranty shall not be valid for any unauthorized use, repair or any form of tempering.
